SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES
All continental US orders will be shipped with UPS or USPS.International orders will be shipped by USPS. For more specific information, please visit our shipping policy pages. Deliveries to PO Boxes or APO's/FPO’s are shipped by USPS and take up to 1-3 weeks for delivery.
You may return your purchase within seven (7) days of its delivery. Your purchase can be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund. To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The product was purchased within seven (7) days of having received it
The product isn’t used or damaged
You have the receipt or proof of purchase
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. Please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org before you send the product. Send the product with the receipt or proof of purchase, to the address provided via email after return approval.
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for insuring the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Sale items can’t be refunded and are final sale.
